High School Ages 14 - 18
Our High School Team Program aims to provide players with the optimum preparation for their High School soccer season. Good preparation ensures players are ready for the higher speed, intensity, technical & tactical aspects, and physicality the High School game requires.
Our program gives each player the platform to go into their season fully prepared and take their game to the next level. Ensuring players are ready for their tryouts, and season ahead requires high repetition of technical work, fitness and endurance as well as tactically developing their understanding of the game and specific role within the team.
The program includes on field technical and tactical sessions with dedicated team coaches, classroom sessions to improve a players tactical and game understanding, and conditioning sessions with fitness, strength and flexibility training to prepare for the physical demands of the season. Teams will also test themselves in competitive games against other schools in the program and put into practice tactics worked on to prepare for use in the season.
There are professional medical trainers onsite to monitor players during the program and we also provide classroom sessions to educate players on fitness and injury prevention through nutrition and recovery to help players during their season.
This program is also available for teams or groups and provides the perfect opportunity for team preparation and team bonding for the group to focus on their season ahead and goals as well as the ideal way to integrate incoming players.
This preparation ensures every player leaving our program goes into their season a better player, more prepared and full of confidence.
